Role and Responsibilities :
‣ Answer incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
‣Assist approximately 60 customers daily in a ticketing system to create and update tickets with relation to the call
‣Solve administrative calls without routing to a 2nd-line team
‣Follow schedule as given by workforce optimization
‣ Verify callers by using approved Rackspace methods
‣ Provide support to customers using Rackspace's cloud computing and managed hosting services
‣ Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical assistance
‣ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
‣ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
‣ English /Hindi language is mandatory For this Role
‣ Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 12th pass
‣ 0-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
‣ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
‣ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
