As a Specialist in Credit Administration, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications. Here are some of the key responsibilities you can expect:
‣ Utilize Automated Loan Document Software: You'll be using automated loan document preparation software to process approved loan applications efficiently.
‣Vendor Selection: When necessary, you'll select appropriate vendors such as Title Companies, surveyors, and appraisers to acquire the required services.
‣ Loan Document Preparation: Prepare loan documents and closing instruction letters as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
‣ Commercial and SBA Loan Documents: Handle commercial and Small Business Administration (SBA) loan documents with precision.
‣Team Support: Provide backup support to team members and undertake assigned duties, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
‣Loan Document Assembly: Assemble and amend loan documents using LaserPro, a specialized software for loan document management.
‣Discrepancy Resolution: Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving discrepancies in loan documentation.
‣Compliance and Reporting: Ensure lending activities comply with relevant regulations, including the reporting of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) information.
‣ Maintains new paid consumer loan files. Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledgeof departmental procedures. Uses office computers for data input and other activities, and orders credit reports.
‣ Answers telephone inquiries and written inquiries concerning loan processing and information.
