About the Position
Lenskart is hiring for Commercial Associate. You will be in charge of managing and directing the business’s commercial components in your capacity as a commercial associate. Assuring financial success will be one of your responsibilities, along with designing and putting into practise business strategy, managing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business risks while optimising processes. By creating and putting into action successful strategies, managing partnerships, and assuring financial performance, the Commercial Manager will play a crucial part in determining the organization’s commercial success

‣Commercial Strategy: Create and put into action a commercial strategy that is in line with the overall goals of the business and current market conditions.
‣Strong negotiating abilities, in contract negotiations Negotiate favourable terms and conditions in contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers.
‣Build and maintain strong relationships with important vendors to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic vendor relationship management. bringing in new vendors in accordance with the specifications.
‣Management of procurement and sourcing of various materials in accordance with company requirements (from domestic as well as international manufacturers and suppliers), cost reduction, and quality assurance.
‣Manage the finances of business projects, focusing on profitability, cost containment, and cash flow management.
‣Business development involves finding and pursuing fresh business prospects while looking into possible customers, partners, and sources of income.
‣Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work together with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet corporate goals and promote expansion across all divisions.
‣Develop aggressive pricing strategies and control the tendering process to secure new contracts.
‣Identifying and mitigating business risks while ensuring compliance with laws and industry standards is the goal of risk assessment and mitigation.
‣Keep abreast of market developments, client requirements, and rivalry actions to inform strategic choices.
‣Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the commercial team while establishing clear goals and encouraging a high-performance environment.
