Job Description :
‣Develop an in depth understanding of the processes
‣Providing customer support through Voice/ E-mail
‣General customer problem solving, assistance and follow up
‣Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
‣Handling Reservations & Ticketing (International and Domestic) for air, hotel and train.
Candidate Profile: Requirement
‣At least 3 year in B2B or Corporate client management
‣Amadeus knowledge is a must
‣Destination Knowledge would be an advantage
‣Excellent written and verbal communication skill
‣Possesses a keen eye for details
