Role And Responsibility for This Job
Real-time support to customers through our modern chat platform (Zendesk/Genesys) to convert inquiries effectively.
Enhance customer confidence in the Editage brand, leading to improved conversion rates compared to competitors.
Deliver a personalized shopping experience, increasing the likelihood of repeat business.
Influence organization revenue by pitching our services to clients through chat interactions.
Identify and address website errors, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Monitor customer feedback and share valuable insights with key stakeholders to identify business trends and make informed decisions.
Qualifications and Prerequisites
Possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Demonstrate proficiency in using various live chat software and adeptness at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exhibit effective sales skills to promote our services.
Display excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey messages concisely.
