Job Description of SDET I
For one or more modules, you are in charge of building up and implementing a test automation strategy from both a functional and nonfunctional standpoint.
Responsible for coming up with creative approaches to improve test strategy to maximize ROI from automation-related areas
responsible for updating the automation framework used by the entire QA team to automate tests with new features and capabilities.
Through routine reports to engineering and stakeholders, you are also in charge of managing and maintaining test coverage.
This is a specialist position that necessitates a full-time, hands-on contribution to one or more projects at once.
Requirement for Dunzo Recruitment 2023
Test Engineer with 1-4 years of relevant experience who has managed challenging projects with stakeholders
Knowledge of how to develop the best test strategy, including functional, non-functional, analytics, and automated tests, for both short-term and long-term projects.
Good knowledge of and experience with design pattern implementation
Excellent design abilities
Knowledge of building frameworks for test automation and self-serve tools
Java-based Rest-based web services require UI automation knowledge with Selenium and Appium (TestNG, Maven, HTTPClient, REST assured, JAXB, JAX RS, Jersey, Jackson).
Excellent practical knowledge of both functional and nonfunctional automation for web and REST services
Strong SQL query writing skills are required.
Must be capable of managing the independent execution with little direction.
Designing database schemas for self-serve utilities: practical experience
Strong in both written and vocal communication
Preferred Qualifications
Brownie points for having knowledge of any scripting language, such as Python, Perl Shell, or TCL/TK.
An advantage would be previous practical experience creating tools using cutting-edge technologies like Golang and Nosql databases.
Knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ is advantageous.
JMeter performance testing is advantageous.
